Zoho Desk to SimPRO is a SyncEzy extension that enhances the existing CRM-SimPRO integration. This extension creates quotes and jobs from your Zoho Desk tickets. The details of the ticket, customer, and site are transferred from Zoho CRM to SimPRO.

This integration can only be used with an associated SyncEzy account and a paid access to a SyncEzy ZOHO CRM integration.

  • Transfer Zoho Desk tickets to simPRO Job or Quote. Transfer all ticket information, to private notes, auto lookup Customer / Sites and contacts.
  • Create a New QUOTE or Convert quote to a JOB in simPRO. Link ticket to an existing job or quote in simPRO.
  • Auto lookup and connect tickets to parent customers. Create new site or link Jobs / Quotes to default sites
  • Optimal and suggested use for those subscribed to SyncEzy's Zoho CRM-SimPRO integration.
