Hi Richard, Understand your comment, It's unfortunate that we couldn't meet your expectations around price, with Australian support and a niche integration that automates a bunch of functions around the business we can match pricing for what's offered by Zapier etc.
We have lots of customers using this integration and it has certainly returned them many times over in the ability and functionality it provides to manage deals better and have Zoho CRM work on the front end with simPRO on the Back end.
