Not a true click-to-dial option. Outbound calls (using a softphone) require you to click the number, switch screens, click to accept the call and only then will it initiate the call. Great price but the added steps just won't work for our outbound sales team. It's a built-in system flaw that they don't seem interested in fixing.
The Integration part is easy but the real reason on integration with CRM -Phone is to get call logged correctly and able to amek calls from the CRM. Popup when calls coming but you can't pick the call within the tool also calling out can't be done straight from the CRM. Jive support did not resolve this issue and Im trying this for more than 3 month...
This app simply does not work with Zoho. It's absolutely useless and Jive support have acknowledged that it does not work. They have been working on a "fix" for over a year! When I spoke with them I was told fixing it was not a priority.
Do not use this company unless: You do not need a mobile app that works, you want calls to go right to vm and never ring and customer service is not a priority. I paid a $600.00 termination fee to be done with them and highly advise you seek alternatives.
I am looking into this for my company, would love to know exactly what went wrong on your end. Trying to gather a broad spectrum of info so I make the right decision.

Excelente integración, te da la visión de las comunicaciones relacionadas a tus contactos, en una vista puedes ver todo el seguimiento y relación de tu equipo de trabajo con los leads y clientes. Terminas con el problema de hacer que el usuario de crm registre manualmente las llamadas con los clientes, sólo se preocupan por marcar y zoho registra en automático estos registros. tecfull.com

Hola Israel. ¿Qué mercado manejas? Yo tengo experiencia de casi 5 años con Zoho pero no con Jive y estoy cotizando trabajar con ellos. Mayormente trabajo el mercado de Sudamérica, por eso la pregunta del inicio, para saber si tienes experiencia en ese segmento. Saludos.
