With the Workflow Enhancement Suite (WES), autofill fields in Zoho CRM using a simple drag-and-drop interface in the workflow editor—no custom code needed! WES supports data within the same Zoho CRM module or from a lookup record, and even updates related list records. Ever wanted to update a contact address with the account address? WES can do this automatically! As a bonus, WES now provides the ability to aggregate (sum, count, maximum, etc.) data from related list records to a common lookup. A great example is that it can sum Zoho CRM's Amount for Closed Won field for all deals under a single account. The WES extension is fantastic! It took a bit of time to set up, as we had MANY data pieces to sync across 3 different record types. My only complaint is that you cannot use this extension to sync subform fields across CRM records. If that could be addressed, this extension would be perfect!

It worked well during my free trial updating contact fields based on the account fields. However, none of the workflows I have set up since paying for the extension have worked which isn't great. Will wait to hear from support to see what the problem is. It seems to have potential if they can get it working again.
***9/25/2024 UPDATE***I will be uninstalling the app. The support team is not getting back to me despite my frequent follow ups. If they cannot support this app then I cannot recommend that anyone use it.***
***9/19/2024 UPDATE***I have removed another star as a result of the support team not getting back to me in their estimated time. We rely on this tool for critical processes and this type of failure is making the tool unusable. I will likely be removing the tool and resorting to Workflows with Deluge for reliability and control over resolving issues.***
***9/16/2024 UPDATE***The first major bug in the software came from the last release. Our workflows stopped working without any notice and this caused delays in our business processes. I am working with their support team to get this resolved, but I guess this is the risk of using an 3rd party tool for automations which can be built natively in Deluge.***
***12/14/2022 UPDATE***The BluRoot team is awesome to work with. They have implemented condition child updates in a nice and easy to use manner. This app is a must-have for any CRM user.*** This app is fantastic. The only feature that is missing preventing me from giving it a 5 out of 5 is the ability to update a subset of related records based on criteria. Add this and you have my last star.

I'm wondering why Zoho can't do the simple stuff what this enhancement does. I had to use this add-on just because of Zoho's inability to cater to this need. Though I recharged the account well before time, the account became inactive and all my automations are gone. There is no way to retrieve them, as some of them were complex mathematical combinations and it is a headache and waste of time to do it all over again,

This is a truly revolutionary solution that allows you to save a HUGE amount of time for the developer when setting up the system. Many thanks to the developers of this solution. And I hope for its successful promotion and development of functionality. It has great potential.
Once you get the hang of it, it quickly moves from nice-to-have to need-to-have. There are some functions that are not so obvious on how to use but I was able to find some help via youtube.
One of the simplest integrations and tools out there - staff are also very helpful in gettin the account setup and ensure we are utilising the product correctly - highly recommend

From a cost perspective, I can see the ROI for folks continually doing a significant amount of enhancements vs Deluge. Unfortunately, we're doing some smaller, one-time, enhancements so their continual, subscription-based, pricing model does not make sense for us and it's likely I wont get approval for the ongoing costs and we'll need to drop it and do it the harder way.
In just a few days it's completely changed the way I approach our workflows. For the price vs what it's going to save me in time/money with a dev long-term, it's a no-brainer. We've received great support so far as well. I only wish I'd found it sooner.
This tool was exactly what we needed to solve our problem which customers haven't we touched recently. Wanting to use CRM as designed to track activities it was cumbersome to figure out the last touch date by way of Notes, Deals, Calls, and Tasks. With this tool though we could add a field in the Account Module and push the create date of any of those related records to write to that field and then filter off it on the Accounts Module.
