With the Workflow Enhancement Suite (WES), autofill fields in Zoho CRM using a simple drag-and-drop interface in the workflow editor—no custom code needed! WES supports data within the same Zoho CRM module or from a lookup record, and even updates related list records. Ever wanted to update a contact address with the account address? WES can do this automatically! As a bonus, WES now provides the ability to aggregate (sum, count, maximum, etc.) data from related list records to a common lookup. A great example is that it can sum Zoho CRM's Amount for Closed Won field for all deals under a single account. As your business needs change, the drag-and-drop editor makes it easy to update on the fly.
