This app and using MessageMedia has been incredible for our business. We have our phone numbers on AirCall but need SMS from each number to be managed in Zoho CRM by our sales team and to be used in automations. This app has a great integration and easy to use interface. The team have been extremley acommodating helping us get setup and support along the way. We've used 3 other platforms and even tried to develop one for our needs, but then we found the smoother messenger app and it's made everything significantly easier for us. Highly recommended if it suits your needs.
This guys were bought by a Twilio concorrent, Sinch MessageMedia, and they force you to use their SMS supplier, which has a monthly fee of of at least 39$USD, what a scam. AVOID
Hi Carlos, Sorry it didn't meet your needs. As a heads up, the previous integration with Twilio also had a $39/month charge so there was no change to pricing. Our marketplace listing was changed to $1/month after the MessageMedia acquisition but that price was only applicable for Sinch MessageMedia customers.

I tried for over a month to get this program to work. I was told it would work from all objects. Yet you could not make a template for anything but accounts and contacts. I had mulitple meeting with the support staff with not luck. You could not easily see reply for text messages unless you sent from the account or contact page. Since most of our correspondence with clients come during the quote and work order phase. It was not even remotely work for us. Now they are trying to collect for a service that I was never able to get to work and have asked them to cancel my service. This is not a company that I would recommend for anyone.
Hi Donna, I'm sorry that we weren't able to get it working for you in the Quotes and Invoices modules. There is a limitation at Zoho's end that makes it hard to show the 2 way message feed. We're in discussion via email about getting the invoice waived.
