We installed the app thinking it could solve the problem we had, but it's not the case. So I tried to delete my account but there is no way to do it and still receive emails from (from which you can't unsubscribe). I wrote several times to the support email, but received no help... Maybe this would change with review...

WORST APP EVER. I installed the app and paid for the first month. The service did NOT work as described. I did not end up using the service. Picky Assist refused to refund the money i paid. They also refused to refund the 79 dollars i have in credit. I have never experienced a company that does not refund you when you don't use their service. If anyone has any suggestions on how i can report this company please let me know. In Australia we have laws that protect us from companies like this but they are not in Australia. No matter what reply this company adds to my review, please remember they do not refund for their faulty product.

A good tool, but it needs additional support so that the tool can be used in the new sections that are created and customized In addition to the Arabic language support for the tool
It is good platform even there was some complication on installation but Our company will not able to use it as we need 3 whatsapp number to be linked whereby Picky Assist integration is available for 1whatsapp number with 1 CRM

Hicimos el pago de la herramienta en plan unlimited y es un robo, queda configurada con el whatsapp por defecto Break Chain y no permite cambiar al whatsapp de la empresa. Prometen que incluye integracion con Zoho CRM y es mentira, lo cobran por aparte.

They charge you for every message received into your WhatsApp regardless if it's using their app. Right now the app is NOT functional for Zoho CRM. Their support is very limited and unresponsive. NOT RECOMENDED!
We've faced some issues at the beginning but the team created a feature to solve it very quickly and the support team was very proactive and help us to get everything working properly
