Sync runs one-way or bidirectionally, in real time within 1 to 10 minutes, and covers the full payment statuses Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue, and Partially Paid, along with the balance due amount, so sales can follow up without opening QuickBooks. Customers are matched by email, customer name, or custom logic to prevent duplicates on either side. Product pricing, tax rates, and discount fields sync automatically for accurate quotes and invoices, with multi-currency and regional tax handling for global teams. Historical sync brings in records within a chosen date range, and every sync attempt is logged with timestamps for fast troubleshooting.
