Initially, the customer support team informed me that it was not working because it was the free version. So, I went ahead and paid for the license, but it is still not working. This is a complete mess, and it appears they do not know what they are doing. We have wasted several weeks with no resolution. Do not fall for paying for the license if they tell you it will work afterward because it is not true.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding service the team did with the overall project in helping to get data synced from Zoho to QuickBooks Online. The items i requested were not easy by far and were not out of the box type mappings. some of the mappings were not available through the API and those they came up with creative workaround that were acceptable!
We did not have a straightforward Zoho to QuickBooks implementation. this was more of all the Quote, Invoice, SO, PO processing was done in Zoho, and only the invoices and PO were synced to QBO. however, there were many challenges that came up and the team was able to customize to suit our needs. this was not free so don't expect that you will be getting something for nothing. the work was done well and communicated accordingly. we had a few calls to manage expectations. several back-and-forth emails. but they delivered what we needed to go live.

Over the past five weeks, I have diligently attempted to integrate the QuickBooks extension into my Zoho CRM system. Despite your team's recommendation to purchase a license for optimal functionality, the issues persisted. The extension, even with the purchased license, consistently failed to perform as promised.
Initially, the trial version proved ineffective, prompting me to seek assistance. I followed your team's guidance and acquired a license, only to find that the problems persisted. Support continually promised resolution but failed to deliver any tangible results.
Regrettably, after weeks of futile attempts, I was left with no choice but to uninstall the QuickBooks extension entirely. This experience has not only consumed a significant amount of time but also led to frustration and a considerable loss of productivity.
Been going back and forth, it's not syncing and their help just keeps giving me the runaround. It is syncing from QBO to Zoho, but not Zoho to QBO. And a few times I've had the issue and then it works then it stops. Very frustrating that my QBO isn't being updated with invoices, contacts and the like.
After going over your interaction with my team, I noticed that four months prior, my colleague gave the solution to your problem, but you never responded.

Worst product I have seen. Connected to QBO and deactived any Delete event, left just Create. Then I deleted some entries from Zoho and it wiped all entities and related entities in QBO even if no delete sync was supposed to happen.

Certainly. The Project module is not supported. It is clearly stated in the description that the sync feature is only available for Contacts, Invoices, Quotes, Products, and Sales Orders modules in Zoho CRM. Therefore, this review is inappropriate and misleading.
