QuickBooks Extension for Zoho CRM automatically synchronises customers, vendors, estimates, invoices, purchase orders, payments, products, and tax data between Zoho CRM and QuickBooks, eliminating manual data entry and keeping sales, purchasing, and finance teams working with consistent, up-to-date information.
Configure one-way or bidirectional synchronisation with configurable sync intervals from 1–10 minutes. Invoice statuses including Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue, and Partially Paid along with balance due information remain visible within Zoho CRM, enabling sales teams to follow up without switching to QuickBooks.
Customer and vendor records are matched by email, customer name, or custom logic to prevent duplicate records across both platforms. Product pricing, tax rates, discount fields, estimates, purchase orders, and invoices synchronise automatically, with multi-currency and regional tax support for global businesses. Historical synchronisation imports records within a selected date range, and every synchronisation is logged with timestamps and error details for quick troubleshooting.
You will only be billed for the extension/app you purchase. We don't request any additional charges outside of Zoho Marketplace. (Note: If the extension/app integrates with a third-party application that requires a paid edition, you must make a separate purchase with the third party.)
