Xero Bidirectional Integration for Zoho CRM automatically synchronizes invoices, quotes, purchase orders, contacts, products, and primary contact records between Zoho CRM and Xero, eliminating manual data entry and keeping sales and finance teams working with consistent, up-to-date information.
Enable one-way or bidirectional synchronization independently, with updates every 1 to 5 minutes and configurable conflict resolution rules that let you choose whether Zoho CRM or Xero takes priority when the same record is updated in both systems.
When a quote is converted into an invoice in Zoho CRM, the invoice is automatically synchronized with Xero. Quote status, multi-currency values, and primary contact details remain visible within CRM records, enabling sales teams to track financial progress without switching applications. Custom fields synchronize with your own field mapping, allowing the integration to fit your existing CRM and accounting workflows rather than relying on fixed templates.
You will only be billed for the extension/app you purchase. We don't request any additional charges outside of Zoho Marketplace. (Note: If the extension/app integrates with a third-party application that requires a paid edition, you must make a separate purchase with the third party.)
