The Advanced Ticket Filters extension allows you to choose from a variety of filters, including custom fields, to help you narrow down to tickets that you want to get working on next. Once found, you can simply click on the ticket to view its details in a new browser tab.

Hey Ash, We were wanting to sort out our customer list in Desk and filter by customers who had created a ticket and customers who hadn't because they were syncing from the CRM. But there didn't seem to be a filter that can determine number of tickets created or ticket created or not.
I believe you are aware this is a Ticketing Module's Advance Filter. Could you care to elaborate on your use case so that we can assist you in the best possible way?
The basic Zoho Desk filter includes only a few system fields. The advanced ticket filters extension includes all custom ticket fields, but doesn't include all system fields. So it does it's job, but it's not perfect as in, it doesn't allow to filter by all fields in Zoho Desk
It would be for users to be able to see all tickets they are following easily. we add followers on tickets, but the issue is then we can't find a way to easily find what tickets we have asked 1 person to follow...or even they can't find them. we've found a work around by using "Custom fields" but this would be a great plus.
Unfortunately it’s not available for all users. It works for agents, but not for light agents. We’ve added 30 developers to the tool that don’t interact with customers, but can’t figure out tickets they’re followers on .
We can build a work around, just haven’t figured out why you have a field that we can’t report on.
Could you care to elaborate on the use case of why you'd like to view the followed tickets of other agents so we can scrutinize the feasibility of incorporating the same?

We use the table view in Desk to look at our operational day's tickets. We need to be able to sort the table top to bottom with the columns we selected. This app takes away the functionality of the table, and does not give us nearly enough flexibility with what the columns need to be.
I'm afraid, this app is mainly for filtering the data with additional criteria and not for sorting. That said, I could understand that you are in need of sorting the data in the "Table View".
Here's a good news for you! We are going to support column-wise sorting in the ticket table view very soon.
It's super nice to be able to filter out tickets based on picklists. This experience should be directly integrated into the main ticket views. Switching to an extension to be able to filter out tickets is not very useful. Also only being presented only with picklists as filters is not good enough. All field types from all of the modules should be available. You should also present a way to save the filters such as you do with the ticket views.
