I agree with the other reviews. This extension is virtually useless. A Help Desk checklist should at the very least be able to manage a checklist within a ticket. This is more of an agent tool and has nothing to do with tickets.
Looks good, we need to have the option to create predefined checklist for it to be 5 stars. At the moment you can only create a new list in each ticket and it's not functional this way.
That would be very helpful, but we also need the option to access checklists directly from within the ticket and to have workflow rules that assign those checklists under set conditions.
the truth is that the extension has no use, apart from linking tickets, it would be nice to have integration with workflows or something, that when you create a ticket the check list is created by default or something ... and this is not possible.

This application is absolutely useless. Checklist Name doesn't allow you to create an actual checklist, but an item to be checked off. If you link a checklist to a ticket, you can't see the checklist when inside the ticket. You can't assign the same checklist to multiple tickets. You have to build each one individually.

I am also needing checklists to link to individual tickets. It would be nice if you could build checklists and have them automatically part of certain tickets through an established automated assignment or something like that.
Doesn't meets the purpose of the checklist I was looking for. May be its named in Zoho in some different feature. It is only good on individual tickets.
I am looking for creating checklist for the all the incoming tickets wherein it shows up like an inspection list for the agents on the ticket. The agents should have to keep on ticking the items on the list as and when they are completed. And if any of the item is not relevant in that case, it can be tagged as Not Applicable. We should be able to get report of such checklist.
Unfortunately it is not as simple as that. The icon is not showing in the ribbon at the bottom. My collegue did not switch to the new style of desk and here it shows fine. It's not a hot issue for me at the moment.
It is solved. I added the Support Adminstrator group and now it shows on my side as well. Only Agents set first, i"m in that group as well so it still is a bit strange.
I tried recreating it on the test portal, and the extension works intact in the new version, too. Try re-authorising the extension once and get back to us at support@zohodesk.com if the problem persists.
If I could give it zero I would. This is useless. The checklist that is part of projects is functional, this one is not. Total waste of time. Imagine typing a list of the items you need to do, and then checking the items off the list moves them to the done list. That's all this offers. One list.

I need a checklist that I can add to each ticket. The checklist as it is currently designed is just for my personal use, not assigned to a ticket which has almost no use to me.
Love the idea of a checklist feature for a ticket. We have a huge need for this as often our tickets require multiple items to be completed over time. Need to be able to add multiple checklists (bucket) with sub items to a ticket (just like Projects does it). and have its own tab in the ticket. In its current form, this add on had little value.
I concur with the requests you had put forth. We shall have these functionalities tabled as enhancement requests and will contemplate the workability, pronto.
This app is a POS. It doesn't even have the functionality of a checklist. This about should of been called Reminders because you can only create individual items. Once installed the app it's self is the checklist and then you create individual items in it. A true check list will allow you to create multiple checklists and then items within the checklist.
No idea what this should be used for. You can only link a single ticket to a checklist item. You can search the ticket to be linked only by subject, not by number. The linked ticket only shows up with the number. Not intuitive at all. I couldn't find any options for global/private. There is no checklist hierarchy.
