Yeastar for Zoho Desk provides enterprise-grade call handling and automation capabilities. Seamlessly integrates Zoho Desk with your Yeastar P-Series phone system to make better calls and automate repetitive tasks for maximized efficiency.

Key Features:

  • Contact synchronization: Inbound calls from external numbers trigger a contact lookup in Zoho Desk, and contact details are added to your Yeastar PBX phone book. Whenever your contacts call, the caller name is automatically shown on your phone display (IP phone, Yeastar Linkus Web/Mobile/Desktop Clients, etc.).
  • Call screen pop-ups: When you receive an inbound call, the caller’s record in Zoho Desk is shown in your web browser automatically, powering context-rich conversations.
  • Auto ticket and contact creation: Set rules to automatically create new tickets for your inbound and outbound calls, or automatically create new contacts for your calls from and to unknown numbers.
  • Click-to-call and call control. Click to call your customers using the Yeastar Linkus browser extension. Complete call control features are at your fingertips, which include call record, mute, hold, and transfer.
