Question: We do a high volume of Text messaging through out the day. Does anyone know if I have to consciously refresh the page to see if there has been replied to? Or how long does it take to receive a notification once a reply comes in?

cannot send SMS if not international format, I change the recipient number to international format it sent the SMS but did not go to Z-Desk ticket logs

Had an issue receiving inbound SMS messages and setting up tickets automatically. Support was good and the issue was sorted in minutes. We are all up and running now and able to support our mobile app via SMS.
Update: I cant receive texts, i created a ticket, and support takes too long to respond, I uninstalled it since I cant receive texts and support is not responsive use at your own risk

Hi, This app does not seem to work from your mobile, found almost impossible to respond to an SMS from the mobile app, this is very inconvenient as I just transfered my number to twillio just to be used in Zoho Desk and we are not always glued to a laptop. Please let me know if I am missing something and I will definitely update my review. Thanks
