i love this extension, it was very easy to setup and we have intergrated into our crm but specifically for zoho recuit. tried the others but this was the most straight forward

I had a slight issue in getting the Twilio authentication completed to finish the setup and installation. As per your request in support, your webhook is not configured with Authorization parameters so you faced an Un-Authorised error. Sent you the steps with the video to configure the webhook, please check and get back to us for any queries.
