Twilio User Management The Zoho Desk admin has the privilege to enable multiple users to utilize a single Twilio account without sharing the Twilio credentials. Access the Manage App Users section within the settings page to add and remove Zoho Desk users based on your requirements.

The plugin did not work, Ulgebra indicated this was an issue with ZoHo, but still did not work. The support person was helpful, however after informing them I did not need it any further, they continued to charge me $1.08 for the plugin. When I asked for a refund, they insisted on retaining a 'transaction fee' as it was according to their 'policy'. I wasted half a day trying to get this to work. The fee they withheld was $0.03. Ridiculous and this is why I have revised my review to a 1 star.

Works great, but there are two issues I hope they can address: 1. I cannot attach when I reply to the ticket (the icon does not appear). 2. Would be nice if you can have the choice of replying without creating a new ticket (for example if you are replying to a customer who used an email account and not sending an SMS). Otherwise great app!!
