Reply to tickets directly from Zoho Desk to deliver the messages as WhatsApp or SMS. View the Twilio messages as comments within the ticket. Also, initiate conversations using your Twilio channels with Zoho Desk Customers and view the history of chats held with the Customer. Access all the Twilio conversations at the Twilio Inbox and stay in touch will all your customers at once. Send pre-defined and customized messages using message templates. As the admin allow the required users to utilize your Twilio account.

  • Twilio Tickets:
    Receive the Twilio messages sent by your customers as Tickets within Zoho Desk to easily reply to them and manage your conversations efficiently. View the details of each message sent and received as comments within the Ticket.
  • Customer Conversations:
    Initiate conversations through the Twilio WhatsApp or SMS channel from any Contact or Account. View the history of chats held with the Customer. Utilized personalized message template to easily send Twilio messages. Click on the Twilio icon at the bottom to instantly send proactive messages from anywhere within Zoho Desk.
  • Twilio Inbox
    Within the Twilio Inbox, you can view all the conversations held through the Twilio channels. Select any conversation to view the history of chats and send messages to the contact. Easily filter, assign and label conversations to efficiently track the status of each customer. Receive real-time notifications within the Inbox for incoming Twilio messages and enable desktop notifications if required. Furthermore, setup the application based on your requirements at the app settings page.
  • Twilio User Management
    The Zoho Desk admin has the privilege to enable multiple users to utilize a single Twilio account without sharing the Twilio credentials. Access the Manage App Users section within the settings page to add and remove Zoho Desk users based on your requirements.
