As we communicated we have fixed the difficulties you had for terminating the SMS to India. The issue was temporary at network level and we changed the configuration based on your requirement. Hope you had a success test result later and kindly let us know for any more assistance needed.
It works fine, but there are no options : no templates, no scheduling options, no detailed feedback on if the contact opened the sms, at what time, no information on the detailed costs of sms sent, the video has no sound and the documentation is... basic. Do you plan to improve the extension?
Many thanks for your feedback and we have the initial veriosn in Zoho and upgrading our extension, soon we will implement more features with more templates.
We already have the requirement for scheduling feature and it is ready with our end and will be available in the extension by this next week I hope.
If you need the SMS open reports as well, we will be checking the feasibility of implementing it in Zoho and hope we can do this as well soon. All these details are available on our dashboard smsc.d7networks.com, Also you can see the credit details there.
Regarding the cost details, we are sending daily reports with SMS sent last day, credit used and current balance in account. We can customize it for your requirement as well if you require more details on credit.
Improvement of documentation and video are on our task list and will be available soon with more explanations.
We are doing the necessary tuning on our extension for more improvements and will be available these feature with minimal timeframe.
