there should be minute level sync. Daily sync is very limiting. If you cant do real time, at least a sync ever 2-3 minutes is required because we need to check which people check-in to our events in the crm and create deal for them on spot
Appreciate your feedback. We certainly will look into the suggestion and explore the possibilities of having it implemented after analyzing its feasibility.
My only big complaint is that it does not recognize if a lead already exists as a contact. We have events that both leads, current prospects and customers go to. We would prefer that if the email exists in the contacts module that the campaign is applied there not create a new lead.
Currently the integration checks for the existing leads or contacts with the email address only on the module which is selected in the "Create Attendees As" field under "Sync Configuration" in the Eventbrite settings.
That is the issue. If you use it as we do, for events we sponsor at trade shows, we will have all kinds of attendees. Leads, Prospects with deals, old lost prospects, and customers. We do not want a lead created for all of them. We need AND not OR. I think I will need to build this in Flow next time and remove the app.

If you deal with many customers/attendees that share their email address, your contact details will be overwritten since it only matches on emails. Q&A sync just doesn't work. Sync takes a long time and only can be scheduled to run once per day. It does seem to create campaigns and related the contacts correctly, but does not handle historical events very well (due to the match on email limit).

It's not working at all since the first day that i installed. It cannot be synced and keep showing me the error message and ask me to email the support. However, the support doesn't response to my last email for more than a month. Today, i still haven't get any reply and the issue is still unresolved. Gave up to this plugin as well as their support service.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking this issue we could see that the Eventbrite extension installed on your Zoho CRM account is authorized with a non-admin Eventbrite account. Please revoke and reauthorize the Eventbrite extension with an admin account from Eventbrite and try performing the synchronization which should be working fine.

The eventbrite extension has been intermittent since I first installed it. As it hasn't worked in months, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still can't get it to work.

It's nice to have the automatic sync, but we've seen some issues with events with multiple dates not syncing orders. It only seems to pull data related to single instance events. That's less than 10 percentage of my organization's events, so not terribly useful.
