Once the ads are imported from the "Facebook Adverts Manager" web tab the leads associated with those ads will be synchronized into the "Leads" module of Zoho CRM. So far, I have been unable to use the extension. I sent an email explaining my situation and even attached screenshots. In return, I received a standard reply asking me to read the manual, which I had already done.

We have already contacted you from a ticket request regarding your concern and as mentioned in the email only the users who are all under the Zoho CRM default Administrator profile will be able to choose ads to import from the "Facebook Adverts Manager" web tab. The users in customized profiles (even if they were cloned from the Administrator profile) will not be able to choose ads to import from the "Facebook Adverts Manager" web tab.

The extension is very easy to install and works perfect. It allows me to integrate all my Facebook campaigns in my Zoho CRM, add leads from each campaign, analyze productivity from each campaign as well as to receive and respond inquiries from my leads through Facebook Messenger directly in Zoho CRM.

The extension is ok but the main thing is that they don't answer the e-mails ! It's been weeks since I sent the e-mails with many doubts and issues and never got an answer ! They answered me once, when other teams who were participating the mail conversation made they pay attention that they haven't answered me! And even though, with the answers that I got, it seemed that they hadn't paid attention at all to what I had written !! I used the steps described in this article https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/extensions/marketing/articles/facebook-advert-manager-crm-integration#View_Advert_Reports to install the Facebook Advert Manager and the article is written that my Facebook Account would be automatically configured in the Facebook Accounts Module. But it never happened! And I never got an answer explaining me what had gone wrong or what I should do to solve this !

Its ok however, when adding my facebook business page for some reason the FACEBOOK ADVERT MANAGER tab shows all my connected pages on my account such as my personal account ads and unrelated businesses, even though I only selected the one business in the setup. Its unfortunate as now i cant really use it to show my employees.

Hi, I would just want to use the feature on able to push fb ads campaign info to zoho campaign, but I don't need auto pushing lead info again to my zoho crm lead, because I already have my own mapping, how do I change the setting/configuration ?
As of now, the Facebook Adverts Manager extension is designed in a way that if an ad is imported the leads associated with that ad will also be imported. Currently, there is no option to import only the ads without getting the leads. However, we will look into the possibilities of importing only the ads and will try to implement it after checking its feasibility.

As of now, the extension is designed to import the leads manually by accessing the Facebook Adverts Manager module. Regarding the duplicate issue, the integration doesn’t create duplicates.
