This connector has an intuitive interface with all the necessary features to work efficiently and comfortably, including automatic customer identification, screen pop-ups, click-to-call, and more.

  • CTI integration: This connector ensures seamless integration of Genesys omnichannel CX software with Zoho CRM.
  • Screen pop-ups: The integration automatically identifies incoming requests, matches them with contact records, and shows this information on the agents’ screen. For new clients, the connector automatically creates a new contact record.
  • Click-to-call: Agents can initiate calls directly from the customer profile in the Zoho CRM system by clicking the button next to the phone number.
  • Call records: Inbound and outbound calls will be automatically recorded and stored in the associated customer profile along with call statistics.
