Works great if you need it specifically for one of your modules in the CRM, but not independent and extremely limited in terms of customization - can't customize the order the columns show, nor change their titles (tied to the modules).

I Didn't have enough time to play a lot with it but so far, it works great. However, I wish to have more functionalities like deleting columns that I don't need and the ability to add fast notes to it.

Can this board aggregate number or currency fields? Like sum up numbers and currency field values by columns and display at the top? Standard view of Zoho CRM kanban view has an option to aggregate currency fields by categorized columns. If this option would be also available in this Kanban Board plugin it would be great.

Does not work in different views only on status for a custom module. would be nice to show the different colors for status and if work with different picklists by changing them when you change drag and drop to different lanes. Also would be nice to be able to drag up to prioritize cards.

HI Sathiya, What would be really nice is to be able to prioritize the board more like an agile approach to be able to move a card up and down to be able to tell my guys to work this card first. we use the Kanban view on a custom module under the status view so it shows all the statuses it would be nice to have a closed status so we can choose a status to be marked as closed or completed and it will not show up on the board.
It looks less appealing than the built-in views. The only reason I was looking for an extension was because the native Tasks kanban cannot be customised. This extension can be customised, but the fonts are harder to read and the dates are in the Indian format rather than reading my system setting and picking up my UK format.
Could you care to elaborate on the concern that you're citing? It would be helpful if you could mention where exactly on the Kanban Board the fonts are difficult to read and the date format is different so that we could help you better.

Worked great during my CRM+ trial. Once my CRM was downgraded to the standard paid version, it has been pretty much worthless. Won't work with the leads module unless I have CRM+.

Does what it says on the tin without misbehaviour (haven't used it long enough to comment on what others have come across). Customizable enough (similar to custom views) to be useful for multiple things. Nice to have another way of displaying data which can easily setup by an, obviously, trusted dev. Keep throwin' em' out!
I think this add-on has the potential to be much better than what it is. Thus far, we have not found a way to restrict the view to include only the stages that are relevant to the particular view - you have to see a lane for all of the stages. Our deals have lots of stages with different roles accountable for each. It makes the views unfriendly instead of nice and tidy and relevant.
My sales team is very excited by this utility as it is simple, straight forward, and provides an outstanding visual of the work they need to do. As the IT person, I am very happy with it as configuration was straight forward and customization was a breeze. I have one quirk that I have submitted as an issue, and I look forward to a resolution. Without that quirk it would be 5 stars.

When you have a large number of records, you have multiple pages you need to work with. Though on the surface this is fine, the underlying problem is; if something is on page 2, it is always on page 2 and cannot move to page 1. As a result, actions can get lost or missed. Users have to search through (clicking through multiple pages), and cannot properly rank next actions. 3 realistic solutions are available. 1. When you move an item between columns, move them to the end of the line by default. Info may be pulled from page 2, but the column you are moving it to may not fill page 1, therefore move it to page 1. This answer has a flaw. If my list is long, I still cannot move items between pages. 2. Allow users to change the number of records per page. This will allow the expansion and reorganization. The downside, more records per page, slower loading performance. 3. Implement a number ranking override. Allow users to edit the sort ranking by inputting a priority number. Not an elegant solution, but it would accomplish the goal.
Ultimately, I think option 2 might be the best approach. It allows for a good amount of user control, keeps the interface simple, and is probably the quickest to implement. I have opened a support ticket on this, and your support personnel are extremely responsive, and quite friendly. Outstanding customer service and support. I look forward to upgrading the ranking with a resolution.
