I just installed Klenty, leaving my phone number on their form.
A couple of hours later, they email me, and 2 hours later, they call me internationally, on the weekend.
I think boundaries need to be respected. With so many options to communicate (email, SMS, Whatsapp), there is no need to be intrusive and call someone who just installed your app a few hours ago. What if it was in the middle of the night?
They don't seem to care. When emailing them back asking politely that they not do this, it's been 3 weeks and no response yet.
I'm giving them a 2 star and not 1 star because they product does seem to work (I only used it a few hours though so YMMV).

Secondly, I seem to believe your sales person was just doing her job, quite frankly. Were you not aware that this is how your business operates? After this incident, did your policy change in any way, or are you still calling people up?

It's playing a big role in our sales team's success. I can't speak highly enough about Klenty!
