I have had issues with typos in my emails which are really embarassing , since I installed this extension I nolonger worry about such errors and validation of phone numbers has also been a bonus with this extension. It is simply Amazing and It works well!
Great extension! Solve lots of my problems. While all the other extensions seem to track personal information or have other undesirable features, this extension solves problems and saves time.
Keeps me updated on my contacts' phone status. It allows you to know if your email was delivered and read. It is very similar to a read receipt on text messages. Now I know that my emails got to their intended recipient and not to a spam folder
It is very useful, I use it with every contact, it allows me to authenticate phone numbers and email addresses of those who may be potential customers. It also helps me avoid potential scams thanks to its constant updates and is easy to handle on my device.
I would give a five star.. if it worked. I love the idea.. I have sent three emails and had one live chat in since I bought the thing yesterday and the software simply seems to do nothing.
UPDATE: - After 2-3 days of emails back and forth I finally managed to get a screen sharing support session. The great news is - it now seems to be working as promised so I have increased my rating to 4 stars.
This is day one and really a little early to tell if it will continue to update bulk emails I select (and whose mass update fields I change).
For now though, assuming it continues to work and IF their support becomes a little more responsive (like a live chat with immediate screen share) then this will definitely be a five star app!
By default, the extension checks new and recently updated records. If you want to verify existing records, you should update the Email Status field or another status field to “Request is in progress.” This action will initiate the process of verification. Hint: use the Mass Update button to verify multiple records.
Yes I did.. immediately, and three times within a couple of hours of buying it. I have now had some very good support thank you, but to be fair, it wasn’t a quick outcome and I was tempted to cancel while waiting. Worth looking in to that.. for now though - I’m very happy its resolved thanks. For anyone reading this - hang in there. Be patient. Once the thing is going, it seems to be very good.
I will add to that that you have to use a primary field. Perhaps you could share a list of fields that are considered “primary fields” in terms of updating for your software to trigger the email verification. Perhaps include this list in the purchase process or support docs. Everyone note - what caused my problem was that I added a new field and mass updated that. However the software didn’t recognize my new field. It was looking for an update to the email field.
RUBBISH - its not fake. I am a user and can say that although the setup was a little slow and frustrating the thing is real.. and it seems to work well. Ignore this review. People that just post one word, inflammatory reviews.. should be shot. they’re really unhelpful.
