Proposify has come a long way over the past few years. My team and I have been using it for I think about 5 years now. They are incredibly responsive to support tickets and any questions you have, and are always able to give clear instructions on areas that I'm not aware of how to fully optimise myself. There are a LOT of features that we don't use in our business, but that I can see would be very beneficial. However for straight-forward proposal sending, tracking, payment processing and integration into Zoho, it works flawlessly. Like all software it's not without imperfections, but there's a reason we've stuck with Proposify for so long.
The integration with ZoHo is so smooth with Proposify. I love how it moves things through my pipelines and I am able to save several steps and time and keep better organized with my business!
Zoho One is the most powerful tool in our business toolbox. The Integration with Proposify accelerates the usefulness of Zoho in that we now have an automatic record of the deal flow with each client. This is so helpful years down the line when we reengage with the client for new work and can easily look back at our engagement history. I highly recommend this integration!
It has the potential to be an incredibly solid proposal software. One of my biggest issues is the program is overly complicated for no reason. While it has a lot of features focused on the idea of precision its a clunky program overall. Simpler design but with more creative options and tools would be better. It needs to be easy to use by most anyone, better overlays and smoother controls.
If you're serious about sales, you need Proposify. It streamlines proposal creation and delivery and keeps track of where your prospects are in their review. The more you use it the more you will discover how easy it is to add the little touches that customize each proposal for your prospect. Metrics on wins, losses, and engagement combined with seamless Zoho integration make Proposify a must.
