It seems to work really nice. There are some things I don't understand though. Why can't I add a stop to an existing route, if the meeting is before the route start time?
We use it daily for both Operations and Field Sales. The ability for our managers to develop a route for the operations folks is fantastic!!! Sales loves the ability to see their current customers, former customers and potentials for cold calling.
I was unsuccessful because the demo only allows 1000 records and we have 3-4 thousand and growing. I would think this product would be included in our Zoho One subscription if it's not I will be very disappointed.
Ive tried using it and logging in on the app to use it and it will not work. It keeps telling me I need to download the RouteIQ. So I just gave up on using that app and extension.
Route IQ seems to be a fantastic add on utility for crm. I understand that sequencing stops back to CRM is an added feature coming soon. It is extremely important that we get access to this feature. However the mobile app is not functional for us as we need to work offline. If offline capability was possible and connecting two modules were a possibility it would be a game changer for us.

Seria interesando que el sistema pueda calcular en base a una ruta larga y sitios, si seria beneficioso dividir en 2 rutas o mas y como recomendacion asignar a 1 o 2 personas y que estas rutas se agrupen segun proximidad de puntos

Could not even try it properly, It ran out of credits after doing 1000 recirds but I don't know how to reset and start again and we have no easy way of doing this.
Also not quite suitable for multiple sales people doing daily routes. Too cumbersome. Would prefer more detailed support and setup notes / videos.

A bit limited. No support for task module. It was also not the most intuitive user experience. Once figured out it was workable but lack of module support was a deal breaker.
The integration seems to be working really well, but there is one major issue and it is not having the possibility to use quick filters (e.g. accounts owned by Sales Rep A). You have to create a specific view for each rep ... which is really cumbersome. There should have a way to include the same quick filters like we have in Zoho CRM.
We understand that you would like to visualize a filtered version of your records. Currently, while filtering records in Zoho CRM, you would be choosing the fields you would like to filter and providing your criteria in the filter widget in Zoho CRM. This will provide you with a filtered list of records.
We plan to provide a map view button, clicking it will provide the filtered records on a map pop-up.

I don't like how you can't enter a starting address. There's no way to reset or clear if you choose find location. Can't do more than 100 miles... so many things. I was hoping to get all the features you get when you use Google maps with the ability to pull/filter accounts from Zoho CRM. The routing is ok. Sharing option would also be helpful. Plan was to create the map, then share to reps not in Zoho, but will not work for that.
I understood that you would like to manually type the address and make it the start point. This request appears to be a valid one and it is on our roadmap of improvements. We will be sure to keep you posted once it is rolled out. For frequent locations used on your end, you can add them as 'Favorite Places' and use them as the Start location of the Route.
The 'Near Me' feature is limited to 100 Miles/KMs. However, it would be great if you could let us know your use-case scenario on why you want to add more than 100 Miles and we would be glad to check and address it.
Regarding 'Sharing' options. Any user who needs access to the RouteIQ application will require a user license. It is not necessary to purchase the license for all the users in the org. You just have to purchase the license for whichever user needs access to RouteIQ. Once the user is enabled RouteIQ access, he or she would be able to access and manage the data within the RouteIQ UI.
