The Wepster Extension for Zoho CRM is the easiest way to keep in touch with your customers using messaging applications like Viber, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, and VK. This extension will help you quickly process new messages from new and old customers within Zoho CRM.
The extension uses an instant messaging tool called Wepster, so you will need an active account for the Wepster.com web service.
How does it work?
- Every first message from new customer creates a record in the Contact module of Zoho CRM if the record does not already exist.
- Once a customer initiates a new conversation, a new Task (with reminder) will be created in the Activity Module of Zoho CRM. Thus, the user will not miss new message.
- Users can chat with contacts through the Wepster GUI embedded in the Contact View of CRM. No need to switch between a stack of windows or web tabs to find the conversation of the current context.
