The Sentimental Jessica Lite Edition extension for Zoho Desk, analyzes a customer's sentiment in each ticket so that support agents can deliver better value to their customers. Jessica tells you when your customer is happy or sad.

Key Features:

  • The extension analyzes the most recent customer comment to determine the sentiment of the customer and rate it on a whole number scale.
  • Through an emoji in the ticket sidebar, it tells you if the tone of the message is angry, sad, indifferent, or happy.

We built a custom NLP (Natural Language Processing) and ML (Machine Learning) based algorithms to train Jessica to get better at analyzing a customer's sentiment. Jessica gets better and better as she reads more customer responses. She works 24/7/365 to help the support agent so that they can deliver better value and support their customers.
