Upon checking, it appears that no active lead chains are set up in your portal. We found that you have three draft chains, but none of them have been fully created yet, which may be why you're not receiving leads. You must complete the chain creation to configure the automatic sync.

The ad ID generating the leads is 120215317548900206. The ad account connected to the chain is 'Dunes Cargo' but the ads with the above ID might be running in a different ad account.

We tried to check your LeadChain portal and noticed that you have used 2 Facebook accounts to connect two different lead forms 'Dragon Form- Lead 12/9/24-copy' & 'Pre-Owned Oven Form-New Pic'. However, we couldn't find any new leads for the lead forms.

Can you please add some basic data manipulation functions before pushing leads to CRM? The data should be prepared for sales team to work on and with current setup it is very basic.
Team, this is good tool that is capturing leads directly from Facebook Lead Manager. However, there was an issue with facebook that captures only the name, not by first name and last name. This is not your issue, i am liking Lead Chain.
The Facebook Forms do support First and Last names in the Lead Forms. If your current Forms have the Fullname field, you can create new Forms with First and Last name separately. More on that here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/438193446367413
It generally works, but does not allow mapping the same field twice so you are forced to map both Full Name and Last Name, for example, with different fields which may not exist

Hello, we just made some changes to the CRM, specifically to the TAGs, to automate the leads coming from TIKTOK. It has been 15 minutes, and we tried to map the TikTok lead forms to Zoho CRM, but the new tags are not appearing in the menu. My question is how long do I have to wait for them to appear or is there something I need to click to refresh it

I am unable to save the Facebook configuration. I requested support and shared a screen recording, but there has been no response from Zoho support. The extension should have seamless integration, but this is not happening with Leadchain.

I understand you are trying to set up your LeadChain fields for the Description field, however, it is our fallback to sync all unmapped info. Unfortunately, due to being the fallback field, it cannot be mapped. I'd recommend creating a custom field for this purpose. In the case of the Lead Source though, 'Meta Ads' is set as the default value and cannot be changed. But you can add it to the 'Lead Source' field's pick-list in CRM Setup, so it will be available in your workflow. Alternatively, you can simply type in the Lead Source value as 'Meta Ads' while configuring your CRM workflow.
