The Magaya for Zoho CRM extension is aimed at freight forwarder companies that use Magaya as their Transportation Management System (TMS). Upon installation, you'll be able to keep your clients' information synchronized between your Magaya system and Zoho CRM, as well as to transfer quotes in both directions with security and full data compatibility.
The extension allows Magaya users to connect to the Zoho environment through one of the most powerful CRMs in the world, ensuring better and easier communication and relationship between the sales and operations departments in your company.
You'll gain access to a friendly interface where you can create quotes with all the necessary process flow and organization, generate PDF documents linked to the transaction, view the information of scheduled shipments in agreement with your clients, manage and maintain the same classifier data of the information in both systems and more.
