The Zalo Channel extension is an innovative solution for integrating your Zalo Official Account with Zoho Desk, managing all messages and responding to customers from Zalo OA (Zalo Official Account).
The application also allows users to create contacts/ tickets in the application if there is a purpose to store data on Zoho Desk.
