Access the MessageBird Inbox where you can view all the conversations held through MessageBird. Select any conversation to go through the chat history and send messages. Also, receive real-time notifications within the app and enable desktop notifications. The Zoho Desk admin can share the MessageBird account with multiple users. Furthermore, explore the various features of the app at the settings page to tailor the app to your needs.

  • MessageBird Tickets:
    Efficiently manage conversations from WhatsApp, SMS, Viber and multiple social media channels from the Tickets created. Reply to the Tickets from the respective channels and view the message details as comments within the ticket.
  • Customer Conversations:
    Send proactive messages to Contacts & Accounts through WhatsApp, SMS and Viber channels. View the MessageBird history within the Customer as chats. Instantly send messages from the MessageBird icon at the bottom and initiate MessageBird conversations at any moment within Zoho Desk.
  • MessageBird Inbox:
    The MessageBird Inbox is where you can track all the MessageBird conversations at once. Go through the chat history and send messages from within any conversation. Access the Ticket associated from the conversation itself. Search for any contact to view the conversation and filter conversations. Assign conversations to Zoho Desk users and identify conversations with the help of labels. Receive the in-app notification within the Inbox and enable desktop notifications for incoming messages.
  • MessageBird User Management (For Admins):
    Allow multiple users to make use of the MessageBird account as the Zoho Desk admin, without sharing the credentials. Enable and disable the permission for the users to the MessageBird as required.
