Zoho Desk is a help desk software that allows businesses to focus on their customers and their requests and it also helps bring together employees from across departments, to give customers a truly unified customer service experience.
Zoho Desk is now available as an extension in Zoho Mail's eWidget. This extension is made available to all Zoho Mail users by default. With this extension, Zoho Desk agents can view and access information from emails and perform actions in Zoho Desk without leaving their mailbox.
In addition, this extension also enables users to view tickets already assigned to you right next to the corresponding emails.

Open, view, edit, search, create, and access the tickets in the configured portal.
Comment on the tickets to communicate internally with your support staff and assign the unassigned tickets.
View the tickets assigned to you from the eWidget.

They (being the zoho desk help) stated that they were having trouble with some emails attaching to crm leads and were aware of it and it was fixed. It is not.

Once done, go to the mailadmin(dot)zoho(dot)com page, login to your account, click on Users, click on your email address, go to Storage, choose the Zoho One plan, and click Update to update the changes to move your Zoho Mail to paid plan.
The inbuilt feature is nice. Would recommend integrating CRM with Desk will be useful for creating task from desk instead of logging into CRM separately. The UI is lagging at sometime kindly have a look into it
