I've submitted tickets asking for help with items. No support after several days still. This plugin is very very basic. After seeing it in action it does NOT sync all contacts and only a small handful of fields. It only syncs new contacts. I would have been fine with that except it says it does all contacts which is what I wanted. Going to uninstall and try another plugin.
The send to Active Campaign Buttons do not appear in Leads and Contacts. Their support team does not respond to emails. If they would just contact me to work it out I would be happy with a few setup problems. Very frustrating.
Kinda works, updates tags & contact details on records. Weirdly seems to capture events somewhere, as you can see them in the notifications river, but the active campaigns module itself is empty, and you can't really easily see where any contact is in an AC campaign via zoho. I'm trying to get with support to see if they can help in case I've messed something up. Generally though, not intuitive or user friendly.

Not working. #1 the setup fields window is really bad designed. If there are many fields in active campaign, the mapping fields window doesn't scroll on Edge, Chrome and Firefox... Tried them all. I had to use the console of Firefox to change the screen resolution to 1000 x 3000px to make the save button appear and be able to click it.
#2. After all this, contacts are not transferring even though all is setup.
