It is totally a time wasting. Here is how: 1. It does not work properly, we have more than 20,000 records, we connected our brevo account with zoho crm using this plugin but it only synched a few of them and then stop. No error code, no hint what went wrong. Our brevo account is in premium category so we can store as many contacts as we want.
2. When it synch contacts from CRM to brevo it only synchs email, contact name and subscribe or un subscribe field. Nothing more - now you imagine what will happen? you need to send same email to all customers? Ir-respective of their location, interest etc...? if not then you need to manually update things in brevo then in such case better we import using excel. 3. If this plugin does not work dont fall in trap of using zoho flow too -- it is same waste of your time and money both and you will leave up. Better you use zapier bit costly but atleast better than Zoho Products...
It is better either they dont put such plugins in market because it waste time. If it was not ther we could have found other way around rather wasting 1 week in research, talking to them and many more issues... Now it has massup our data so we need to carefully remove things from brevo and look for other solution...

Currently, this extension only synchronizes the name, email and phone number between Zoho CRM and SendinBlue. However, our technical team is currently working on revamping the extension to accommodate more field types. Please await further updates.

The reported issue for the Selective Sync has been worked on by our team and fixed. Also, we will work on accommodating more field types in future enhancements.
Selective Sync didn't work, I had a screen share call with your team, still no good. Main problem is, this only sync Name, Surname & Email which doesn't help to categorise my contacts for marketing purposes on Sendinblue.
there is no ability to synch list views from Zoho to sendinBlue. There is no ability to synch fields like Date Of Birth or Gender, or other relevant field filters like city/zip code. Basically takes every contact over to Sendinblue, its useless.
We could understand your concern. The mentioned requirements by you are valuable input for us. So, we will work on accommodating more field types and try providing it in future updates after checking its feasibility.
How about some proper instructions on how to use it, rather than just setup. i have read everything here and on SendInBlue and the instructions are none existant - USELESS at best, and not even worth the 1 star I gave it - It should get -1

When I tested sending leads from SendInBlue to ZohoCRM, it picked up my lead who was in a campaign, but it did not pick up the lead who had signed up for my newsletter and wasn't in a campaign. Support are responsive, but can't explain clearly whether this is expected behaviour or a bug.
The SendinBlue Extension for Zoho CRM extension is currently designed to pick only the leads or contacts that are associated with a campaign and not the leads who had signed up for a newsletter. If you need further clarification, please write to support@zohoextensions.com.
