Zoho WorkDrive is a cloud-based file storage, sync, and collaboration solution for teams of any size. It provides a secure, shared workspace to help teams organize and manage all their files in a single place. Some of the key features of WorkDrive include real-time notifications, document drafting, file sharing with configurable access controls, file versioning, analytics, and much more. The Zoho WorkDrive extension for Zoho Desk allows agents to attach or share links to files from their WorkDrive account in a ticket without leaving the help desk. Additionally, the extension will display all the attachments contained in the incoming conversations of a ticket.

It is bugging.. I click on workdrive to attach some files, it works fine but when I click to attach more file, it won't load.. tried that on IE and chrome
implementation working well, but missing a couple of features to be great for our usecase, would be nice to be able to share a folder not just a single file direclty for the extension, also if you could have a default file selected for the extension in the configuration, and finally having a way to do a anyone with this link but like onedrive (microsoft) be able to select permission (read,write,edit).
Basically don't use it because you can't create new folders and the sorting is screwed up. Acts like most recent is on top but there is no alphabetical sorting. have to use search to find folders and that is not productive. Fix these items and it would be great.
The extension didn't allow pushing ticket attachments to WorkDrive like the WorkDrive extension in ZohoMail does. It also, didn't allow downloading multiple files at once to a WorkDrive folder - instead, it only allowed up to 5 files at a time. We have had clients send us 60 attachments to download, and we have to manually click which files and download through the extension 12 times... Unfortunately, this is not practical.
Understood the technical limitations we have at this time. We sure will consider addressing the reported concerns down the lane and shall keep you posted if there are any positive updates on this front.
Snappy and Smooth. Perfect for my use case. As an architect building a solution to DMs UX resquests storing my business content in GDocs while DM's content lives in the Zoho platform supporting his current and future applications. Thank you Zoho - excellent as always.
I really like the extension, but I think you should give us a copuple of more features that I already also ask separately to your support team. while navigating in the workdrive file system will be very good to be able to see the personal favourites and the persona labels. It will be also very good that when we open a ticket we could set a folder in the workdrive filesystem that could be considered as the ticket root in order to store and pickup mostly the attachments from there.
