Zendesk Support is a help desk application that helps you track, prioritize, and solve customer support tickets. Zendesk is now available as an extension in Zoho Mail's eWidget.

With this integration, agents can view and access information from emails and perform actions in Zendesk straight from Zoho Mail. Additionally, this integration enables you to view tickets already assigned.
