Its a newly launched one!! Appreciate the development team for their efforts for this solution, but it needs a lot of improvement.
1. If you select a contact to send message, it is taking all the phone number field every time the user has to deselect the other phno field. And every time you need to educate the users about the same, otherwise it send a duplicate message.
2. No options to find unread messages and no option to identify the agent-wise allocated messages. Not at all useful for the multi agents organisations.
3. Only bulk whatsapp is making life easier comparing to earlier extensions, but out of 100 msgs 20 will get failed without any proper reasons, if we reach customer support for any immediate assistance they wont be available.
They wont available when you needed. Never picked a call at single time. After several follow up in whatsapp they will respond in whatsapp not even bothered to call back.
Suddenly they will revoke our message credits. That affects our regular activities.
